Teacher certification is one form of implementation Law Number 14 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers by providing teacher certificates to teachers who have met certain requirements, namely having academic qualifications, competence, being physically mentally healthy, the ability realize national educational goals, followed an increase in decent welfare. aims knowledge, performance, creativity, be able carry out other main tasks functions related teaching learning process . Based on background problem above, researchers are interested revealing this phenomenon a study. The purpose study was determine impact performance schools, especially at SMAN 5 Jambi City. This type research field using qualitative- naturalistic approach Through qualitative approach, it hoped that picture quality, social reality perceptions objectives will lifted without contaminated formal measurements subjects were 60 certified State Senior High School required data obtained through interviews, observation documentation.
